With a love for how structures meld together and a desire to blend functionality and aesthetics while pushing the boundaries of design, LaMaison Homes, located in Sarasota, Florida, was founded by John Dukovac in 1989. Our current Owner/Operator, Russell LeGrande started with the company over 15 years ago. Russell began as a new homes sales associate, moved into a project manager role, obtained his General Contractor License, #1256725, in 2006. He purchased the company from Mr. Dukovac, his mentor, in 2006. Russell’s commitment to continue the LaMaison legacy in residential remodeling and restoration, and custom home building and design, has fostered our place in the Manatee and Sarasota communities and in the soul of our clients.

LaMaison Homes’ company mission is to ensure our clients’ satisfaction by providing quality craftsmanship in an organized, professional manner, and with great attention to detail. We consistently strive to, and do, exceed expectations. Initially, LaMaison Homes focused solely on new home and commercial construction, however, decided to diversify in 2004 to also include residential remodeling, custom design and construction of home additions. Within a few years, our reputation for excellence in the remodeling and trim-carpentry field led to our niche in the remodeling market.
